Meetings in Southern California, USA (13 September 2009)

Lesley asked us to write to you and tell you what we saw the Lord do while she was here in California ministering.  We drove to a meeting north of Los Angeles in a city called Valencia. The leaders of this fellowship were all volunteers, no paid staff. A wonderful new wine skin. The people gathering were simple and hungry. Lesley used a rock and a hammer and anointing oil to teach on the breaking of the "religious spirit'. Over and over she would go back to the rock and break it up with the hammer.

Meetings in Paris (18 - 20 September, 2009)

We are very honoured to be invited to join Belleville Church family retreat (18-20 September). The retreat coincided with the Jewish New Year. It is also the start of the academic year in France. Throughout the conference God was saying to the church this is a new season, a new beginning – a new day and a new way, a new land and a new stand. He was bringing the church as a community into a new place. There is a strong sense that what God is doing in France is far bigger than ourselves (themselves).

Meetings at Harvest International Church, Somerset, New Jersey, USA
September 4 - 6, 2009

September 4, Friday

Lesley-Anne and I arrived in Somerset NJ, which is approximately an hour south of New York City, for a series of 3 meetings at Harvest International Church on the Friday before Labor Day at 5:15 pm. We thought that being the Friday before a Holiday weekend we would be sitting in traffic so Lesley-Anne prayed that God would part the cars as He did the Red Sea and HE DID! We sailed there with no traffic!

Week 5: 6 July - 12 July, 2009

The students were impacted by a visit and testimony from the first believer in an unreached people group in the Northern Caucasus. The young woman imparted the heart of God and the desire to reach not only her own people group but many others as well. She also gave really clear teaching on how to hear God’s voice, which lead to people being set free from the lies of the enemy they had been listening to...

Week 4: 29 June - 5 July, 2009

The week started off with students returning from the extended weekend outreaches to 3 different cities in unreached people group areas. On the outreach, they had many different opportunities to put into practice what they had been learning. They shared the Gospel in a park; prayed for inner healing for those who had lost relatives in terrorist atrocities...

Week 2: 15 - 21 June, 2009

Week 2 at Holy Given Armavir was highlighted by teaching on 24/7 worship and prayer with the students participating for the weekend in a worship outreach. It was the first time many students had prayed during the night and the testimonies of how easy and how much they enjoyed it motivated them to worship and pray even more.

Week 1: 8 - 14 June, 2009

The first week of Holy Given Armavir in southwestern Russia welcomed students from Russia, Belarus, Kyrgystan and the Netherlands.

The first morning one of the students, from a traditional church, was healed of chronic shoulder and back pain during the worship. In the afternoon he was baptised in the Holy Spirit and started speaking in tongues. A few days later during the outreach he took off his shirt and put it on the back of a homeless man and then came back home on the bus shirtless. By day three of the school, all the students including those from traditional churches had started dancing, waving flags and prophesying!

Four Days In Paris - Eglise Reformee De Belleville
May 9 - 12, 2009

On May 9, the five of us converged at the Eurostar Station in North Paris. Our leader, Lesley-Anne, Darrel and Marilyn from the US along with Jon and Lydia from England, met our host Pastor Serge of the Belleville Reformed Church of Paris.

Week 6: 20 - 24 April, 2009

If Holy Given Leyte started with a bang, it ended with an explosion. Holy Spirit came powerfully each day and left us in awe and wonder…for the sixth week in a row. It has truly been a special season here in Dulag, Leyte, Philippines.
